SU 67 SE THEALE MILL LANE (west side)

5/13 Old Mill House

G.V. II

House. Circa 1840. Red brick with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. Gauged heads,
plaster plat band, moulded wooden eaves cornice and end stack to right. 3 bays,
glazing bar sashes. Central 6-panelled door with segmental radial fanlight, and
porch with unfluted Doric columns and full entablature. Lower 2 storey addition
to right of brick with hipped slate roof, blocked first and ground floor windows,
and C20 cross window to left. 4 bay south front.
