14/203 Barn approximately 15 metres to
- south-east of Kerswell Farmhouse

Barn. Probably early to mid-C18. Uncoursed stone rubble with dressed quoins. Half-
hipped corrugated-iron roof, probably formerly thatched.
Plan: Barn aligned approximately east-west, with opposed central waggon entrances.
Chamfered north-west and north-east corners.
Exterior: Waggon entrances with wooden lintels and flanking short sections of wall,
formerly shallow porches with eaves extended above.
Interior: C18 five-bay roof with trusses consisting of principal rafters and half-
lapped and nailed collars. Kerswell Farmhouse is not included on this list.
