Early C19 stuccoed villa. 2 storeys with gable end roof of diamond slate
pattern. Ornamental cut edge to fascia board and bargeboards. Verandah
with 2 thin iron colonettes supporting 1st floor trellis balcony with
tent roof. 2 french windows 1st floor. Ground floor has one 2-light
and a single light casement, the latter with Gothic fanlight. Central
door of 6 fielded panels, 2 glazed. Lower 2 storey extension with small
gable, similar bargeboards. One 2-light casement each floor. Picturesque.

Eglatine, Littlecourt Hotel, Seafield and Seacourt form a group.
