Pair of estate cottages now one. Probably mid-late C19. Slatestone rubble with
granite dressings and Delabole slate gabled roof with central axial brick stack.
Double depth plan; 2 rooms per cottage. 2 storeys. 2-window south front : entrance
to left and right; pair of projecting gables to middle with ground and first floor
2-light casements with latticed iron glazing central to each gable.
Interior not inspected.
