Shop. c1875. Red brick with yellow brick and limestone
dressings; roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys;
6-window range. C20 shop front, below an arcade of narrow
2-centred arches between the first and second floors with
patterned brick voussoirs, hoods and imposts, above a moulded
sill band; plate-glass first-floor windows, bricked-up
second-floor, separated by a drip with Tudor flowers and a
panel of Greek key brickwork, and a parapet above. INTERIOR
not inspected. Part of a group of Victorian commercial
buildings developed after Victoria Street was cut in 1872.
