8/100 Deer Park Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Early to mid C19 with minor later alterations. Painted roughly coursed
slate-stone with alternating granite angle quoins; slate roof. 2 storeys. 3-window
front, segmental-headed glazing bar sashes with projecting keystones. Central
entrance; segmental-headed 6-panel door (top panels now glazed) under gabled timber
hood with cusped trefoil to centre. Tall integral end stacks. Full-height gabled
range at right angles to rear on left has 2 segmental-headed glazing bar sashes on
first floor and 2 segmental-headed wooden mullioned and transomed casements on ground
floor. Small porch in angle with main range and 2-storey lean-to behind.
