Terrace of houses. 1857 by George Wyatt. Stucco. Roof not visible. 4 storeys,
attic and basement. Each 2 windows wide. Balanced terrace. End pairs and
centre group set forward slightly with rusticated quoins. Square headed windows
except to first floor where upper corners are rounded and attic, where
segmental. Cornices to first and second floor windows, with pediments to first
floor of projecting houses. Continuous first floor, cast iron bombé balcony.
Dentil cornice above third floor with garland frieze. Subsidiary cornice to
attic. Rear elevation also of interest with entrances within 2-storey porches.
Forms integral part of Leinster Square planned lay out.
