with rendered stacks. Timber-framed, plastered front. Projecting, coved, dentil
eaves cornice. At north end, masonry party wall with rendered face to South Street;
chamfered corbel to street of former 1st floor jetty. Slightly recessed sash windows
with glazing bars. Modern shopfront.
