Circa 1830. Single storeyed stucco faced building. Coupled Doric pilaster
and engaged Ionic column, each side, supporting entablature with shallow
block pediment. Central recessed sash window, glazing bars intact, in
stucco architrave surround. To the South a small bay containing the doorway
flanked by pilasters.
