Shuttleworth estate cottage. C18, reworked early C19. Timber framed
construction with colourwashed roughcast render. Thatched roof. 2-room plan,
one storey and attics. Ground floor has 2 3-light casement windows with
leaded lights. Attic has 3 eyebrow dormers with 2-light leaded casement
windows. Central plank door. Red brick central ridge stack with linked pair
of octagonal flues. Includes former no 17.
