Circa 1840. Stucco front with pilasters. 2 window front, 3 storeys and basement.
Ground floor has French windows, and verandah with cast iron balustrade. Moulded
architraves to upper windows, balustraded panels to parapet. Sash windows with
glazing bars. Cornice, parapet, roof not visible.
Nos 13 to 17 (odd) form a group.
