Circa 1840. Stucco, Two storeys, four window front, sides set back, French windows below, sashes with glazing bars above. Good iron trellis verandah, the design incorporating animals and foliage. Trellis porch with peaked roof, segmental fanlight and sidelights to door. Wide eaves with brackets, hipped slate roof.

Nos 18 to 30 (even) form a group.
