Detached house. 1938. Denys Lasdun. Painted concrete frame; cream tile panels;
brick to sides and rear. Flat roof. 4 storeys. Recessed ground floor with
central entrance and garage to right. Horizontal bands of glazing to first and
second floors. Recessed central balcony to third floor, partly open to the sky,
framing bowed 4-light window; concrete balustrade to balcony. Metal window
frames; plate glass. Interior not inspected.
