Terraced house, c1760-70. Portland Estate development. Stock brick with
channelled stucco ground floor; leaded roof. 4 storeys and dormered mansard on
basement. 2 windows wide. Square headed doorway to right with panelled door and
pilastered sidelights under fanlight. Recessed sashes, under gauged flat arches
to upper floors. Plat band finishing off stuccowork to 1st floor. Parapet with
coping. Cast iron mid c19 1st floor balcony. Wrought iron area railings with
flambé urn finials. Interior retains geometrical staircase with slender turned
balusters; plasterwork friezes and cornices and chimneypieces; etc.
