Circa 1840 2 storeyed stuccoed house. Low pitch hipped slate roof with
wide eaves. 3 window front to garden, recessed sashes, no glazing bars,
Venetian shutters, blind cases. On ground floor 2 French windows and
central bay. Glazed roof verandah with open work fascia board, wooden
supports. Main entrance to side with large projecting glazed porch. Gable
with fretwork and finial. Oval light in pediment. Marginal glazing to
side lights.
