House. Mid C17. Coursed limestone rubble. Steeply pitched thatched roof. Stone
coped gable with moulded kneeler on right. Brick ridge stack. Stone ridge stack
with stone base. Situated gable end to road. 3-unit plan plus C19 single-unit,
single-storey extension on left. Single storey plus attic. 3-window range. 2
entrances. Left has 4-centred, chamfered stone doorway and plank door. Entrance
to right has plank door, moulded wood frame and stone lintel. To right a 3-light
stone mullioned window with hood mould and label stops. 2-light casement
approximately central. 3-light stone mullioned window with hood mould and lable
stops on left. Attic has 2 half-dormers with 3-light stone mullioned window with
hood mould and label stops on left. Attic has 2 half-dormer with 3-light metal
casements in wood frames and wood lintels. On right a 3-light stone mullioned
window with metal casements. Most windows have wrought-iron casement fasteners.
Right gable end facing street has two 3-light and a 2-light stone mullioned
windows with hood mould and label stops. Interior has inglenook fireplaces,
stop-chamfered beams and a straight flight stair.
