Circa 1850 detached house of 2 storeys and semi-basement, stucco faced.
Flanking pilaster strips, frieze with moulded string below, moulded string
at impost level of ground floor windows which have block sill course.
Low pitch gable end slate roof with paired brackets to projecting eaves.
Symmetrical elevation: 3 windows 1st floor, round headed 2-light casements,
the centre one as French window on to roof of porch. 2 similar but taller
windows on ground floor with architraves over. 2 sashes glazing bars
intact, to basement. Enclosed stucco porch raised on plinth. Round headed
side lights with marginal glazing, architrave over. Tuscan pilasters
to corners and to wall, entablature with blocking course. A flight of
6 steps leads up to door which is of 4 flush panels, 2 glazed. Semi circular
fanlight with radial glazing. Screen wall to north with 2 round headed
windows and door. Small coach house to south, linked to house by screen
wall, round headed hatchway on 1st floor. Hipped slate roof.
