No 37: C19 with mid to late C19 detail. 2 storeys. 2 window bays and centre
doorway. Pantile roof. 1st floor roughcast; ground floor stuccoed. Sash windows
without glazing bars in frames; lower windows with vermiculated keystones. Doorway
with slightly cambered head and vermiculated keystone, 6-panelled door; rectangular
fanlight.
No 38: C19 with mid to later C19 detail. 2 storeys. Slightly lower frontage
and lower ridge than to No 37. 1 window bay and door closely spaced together
at left hand end. Roof with hip to south. Stuccoed front. 3 panes wide sash
window on 1st floor; stuccoed archivolt, apron. Sash without glazing bars on
ground floor; stuccoed archivolt with vermiculated keystone; apron. Plinth.
Painted archivolt and vermiculated keystone to doorway, 6-panelled door with
top 2 panels glazed and with centre 2 panels fielded; plain reveals. In right
hand return, splayed bay window on 1st floor, and, on ground floor, sash window
with stuccoed archivolt and apron.

Nos 1 to 4 Tudbold Almshouses, Nos 37 and 38 and London Inn form a group.
