Late C19. Slate roof. Stuccoed front of 2 storeys and attic with basement.
1 gabled dormer. On 2nd floor, 2 windows closely spaced at right hand end;
on 1st floor one 3-light sash window, 2 basement windows. In north front, 2
widely spaced paired sashes on 2nd floor, 4 windows on 1st floor; on ground floor,
rectangular doorway and half glazed door. Paired sash at right hand end. Graded
II for group value.

Nos 60 to 62 (consec) form a group with The Guildha11, Bridge Street.
