Probably mid Cl9, post-1844. 3 storeys and basement; entrance floor set above
ground level. Slate gabled roof. Stuccoed front. On 2nd floor, 2 paired sashes.
A splayed bay window to left hand on 1st and entrance floors; sash window with
margin lights in each light of bay; fixed window below this at ground floor level.
To right hand of this, flight of 6 steps flanked by iron rail leads up from ground
floor level to doorway with architrave frame; plain reveals; half-glazed door;
rectangular fanlight. At right hand end, segmental arch above entry to George's
Court with sash windows with margin lights above on 1st floor.

No 35 and Nos 37 to 4O (consec), 40A and 41 form a group.
