Probably contemporary with Burley and The Old Vicarage. Low wide rectangular
block of 2-storeys with slate hipped roof and rendered front. 2 2-light casements
above, small ledged loft door above at right hand end and modern bfull's eye above
at left hand end. On ground fIoor, 3 pairs of double modern ledged garage doors
and older ledged doors.

The Little Place and the north-east boundary wall, Rosehill and the garden wall,
Burley, the 01d Vicarage, the former stable block and the garden wall to Burley
and Old Vicarage, West Hill and the garden wall, together with the Roman Catholic
Church of St Michael and St George, and the Dorset Hotel, Pound Road form a group.
