Barn, probably contemporary with Upper Bottomley Farmhouse (q.v.), mid C18.
Unmortared rubble, rough dressed quoins, stone slate roof. Single-aisle which
breaks forward from square headed cart entry at arcade plate point. 2 mistal
doorways to aisle have monolithic jambs. Left hand return wall has wide gable
with 3 triangular ventilators and rectangular ventilator to apex. Queen-post
trusses.
