Early C19 house. Two storeys. Two windows. Coursed Mixon sstone with long and
short quoins, window dressings, vertical strips, eaves cornice and ornamental
diamond above the porch, all of red brick. Hipped tiled roof. Glazing bars
intact. Later C19 porch of white brick and flints with brick cornice of
cogging. The former forge building adjoins the house at right angles to the
north-west. One storey. Red brick with two stuccoed buttresses.
