House, later smithy. C17. Coursed squared sandstone rubble with quoins and
ashlar dressings; stone-flagged roof with gable coping. One storey, 2 windows.
Thin wood lintel to central empty door and flanking inserted windows; right
gable coping on moulded kneelers; right return gable external stepped chimney
stack and truncated chimney. Left return gable has blocked single-chamfered
2-light stone-mullioned window, with vertical iron bars, in gable peak.
Interior: pegged tie-beam trusses. Empty and derelict at time of survey.
