Two adjacent cottages, not a pair. The western cottage is a C17 or earlier
timber-framed building with infilling of Hythe sandstone rubble and a diagonal brace. tiled roof with pentice behind. Casement windows. 2 storeys. 2 windows. The eastern
cottage is an early C19 addition. Hythe sandstone rubble with red brick dressings and quoins. Tiled roof, with pentice behind. Casement windows. Modern porch. One storey and attic. 2 windows. 2 dormers.
