joiner's workshop
to rear

House and workshop. c.1860. Rock-faced stone with ashlar dressings. Welsh
slate roof with brick chimneys. T-plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Raised alternating
quoins and surrounds. Panelled door with overlight. 12-pane sashes on ground
floor, shortened 9-pane sashes above. Paired stone brackets support eaves.
Gabled roof with ridged coping and kneelers; corniced end stacks of 2 conjoined
shafts.
Contemporary conservatory on left return with vertical glazing bars and
decorative cresting.
Workshop forming rear wing, 2 storeys, 4 bays with boarded double doors in 2nd
bay, segment-headed boarded double doors in 4th bay and blacksmith-type windows
elsewhere.
