House. C17 or earlier timber-framed building, refaced with stone rubble in the
C18 and altered in the C19. Tile-hung gable in the centre. Tiled roof. Casement
windows. C19 gabled porch. Two storeys. Four windows. (The mill building has
been demolished and re-erected at the Weald and Downland Museum, Singleton, Chichester.)
