House. This is a most unusual house to find in Sussex. It has more the character
of a Cotswold house. Late C17. Main front facing east ashlar, north and west
sides stone rubble. Stone stringcourse and coved cornice. Tall casement windows
in shouldered moulded architraves with wooden mullions and transoms. Stone
doorway in shouldered moulded architrave with pulvinated frieze and moulded
cornice. Two storeys. Five windows.
