Similar to No 36 but the parapet and cornice have been restained in plain
cement rendering. The glazing bars are intact the upper panel on the
door is glazed. The steps have a good mid C19 cast iron balustrade of
inverted and upright lyre pattern with a central rosette.

Nos 34 to 38 (even) with No 1 Wood Street form a group.
