Dated 1821. Ashlar. Eaves bracket cornice. Hipped slate roof. Each window-bay is
flanked by pilasters with sunk panels. Modern plastic top hung small paned casements.
Porch with pyramidal roof. Inscription above 'Schola Grammaticalis'. One storey.
