A C16 timber-framed and plastered house with later alterations and additions at
the rear. 2 storeys. 4 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
The south part of the east front is jettied on the 1st storey. There is a fine
C16 door and doorway with a 4 centred arch, sunk chamfered spandrels and moulded
fillets. Gabled wings extend at the rear. Roof tiled, with an external chimney
stack on the north side with diagonal shafts. The interior has exposed heavy
ceiling beams and timber-framing. (RCHM 4).
