A C19, probably early, plastered cottage in a simple cottage ornee style. Built
as an entrance lodge on a T shaped plan. 1 storey. The main block, facing west,
has a central gabled rustic porch with a thatched roof and 2 nail studded door.
2 window range on the west front C20 mullioned and transomed casements. On the
north end there is a small canted bray with C20 casements and a thatched roof.
A central wing extends to the east at the rear. Roof thatched. Brick stacks.
Picturesque.
