Formerly early C19 cottage house and warehouse, now in single occupation. 2 storeys
and dormers. Fenestration 1:2:2. Welsh slate roof; warehouse with hipped roof.
Red brick stacks. Rendered front. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Warehouse
with modern segmental bowed Regency window to ground floor. Recessed doorways with
panelled doors. Former entrance to warehouse blocked.
