Earlier-mid C19 (after 1834) villa. 2 storeys. 3 windows front with 1 window recessed
bay at east end. Hipped Welsh slate roof with projecting eaves. Stuccoed facade
with rusticated block quoins. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Prostyle
portico with simplified entablature. Architraved doorway with panelled reveals.4
