Later C17 house, front rebuilt later C19. 2 storeys. 3 window front with adjoining
warehouse bay in west side. Welsh slate roof with red brick stacks. Rendered front.
Recessed, segmental-arched sash windows. Segmental-arched doorway with fanlight
and panelled door. Carriage entrance on east side with segmental-arched gateway,
impost string and simplified hoodmould. Boarded double doors with wicket.
Rear range 2 storeys. 1 window. Welsh slate roof with gabled front. Limewashed.
Devonian limestone random rubble with slate-hung 1st floor and gable. Red brick
stack, limestone casement window to 1st floor. Former mullioned ground floor
window with stay bars altered. Original oak framed doorway with ovolo mouldings
and boarded door with wrought iron hinges. Outside stone staircase to 1st floor
doorway. Included for C17 range.
