Earlier-mid C19 villa. Two storeys. Main four window front on south (garden) side. Hipped Welsh slate roof with projecting eaves and rendered stacks. Rendered front. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars (one window blank). Ground foor with glazed verandah. Square-headed garden entrance with boarded door.
