Early C19. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof with modillion cornice. Pediment with engaged
Ionic columns and circular window above. 5 sashes with glazing bars. Verandah to ground floor.

Due to boundary changes the above building was removed from the 31st list, dated 31 October
1986.
