Quite a large late C18/early C19 house with a large splayed bay coming forward.
2 storey rendered front with side facade exposed to right. Projecting boarded
eaves. Hipped slate roof. The bay has 3 sash windows to both storeys. Sashes
with thin glazing bars. Doorway to left with attached wooden columns, open pediment,
panelled reveals and traceried fanlight. Side elevation has a one-storey bay
with tall elliptical-headed entrance. Later red brick range to rear.

Nos 35 and 37 form a group.
