Circa 1830/40. Three storeys, stucco faced. Low bitch hipped slate roof,
eaves cornice. One window, second floor recessed, sash, no glazing bars,
block sill. First floor similar canted bay to that on No 44, the base of
apron with cornice of shop front carried over. Ground floor: frame of mid
C19 shop front with fluted pilasters, frieze, blind case takes up lower part
of cornice but upper mouldings survive.

Nos 44 to 53 (consec) form a group.
