Once a farmhouse, later converted into two dwellings. Probably C18, though the west end (Rock Cottage) may be a later addition or refronted at a later date. Two storeys. Five windows. Rock Cottage is faced with flints with red brick dressings and quoins, Barn Cottage with red brick and tile-hanging. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Flint and brick chimney breast on east wall of Rock Cottage
