Terrace house with shop. c.1820. Stock brick, slate roof. 4 storeys. 2 windows
wide. Ground floor retains complete shop front with square headed house and shop
doorways to right, panelled house door, half glazed shop door, the latter and
fanlights small paned and marginal glazed, small pane glazing shop window, all framed by wooden pilasters carrying entablature. Upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Parapet with coping. Part of the c.1820 redevelopment of Carnaby and Newburgh Street.
