Farm house, now 2 dwellings. Probably later C18. Coursed squared sandstone
with quoins, stone slate roof. Single-depth 3-unit linear plan. Two
storeys and 3 bays; one doorway close to junction of 1st and 2nd bays,
another at right-hand end (now covered by added porch with pitched roof);
both with plain surrounds; three 3-light windows on each floor, all with
flat-faced flush mullions and plain surrounds, and with 4-pane sashes in the
centre lights, which are wider; circular window to right of left-hand door.
Gable copings with kneelers; chimney at left gable, ridge chimney at junction
of 2nd and 3rd units. (Projecting farm building attached at right-hand end,
not included in the item).

Interior: exposed pitch-pine beams and joists; cellar dairy at rear.
