- Churchyard, about 7 metres south-
east of south-east corner of
chancel.

GV II

Chest tomb. 1643. Granite. Chest made of 3 pieces of granite; carved inscriptions
in bold lettering on north and south faces. On south side inscription commemorates
George Hart, buried 2 March 1642 (1643 in modern dating). Flat topped capstone with
chamfered edges; there seems to be no inscription on the top.
