metres east of Sunny Bank

House. Early C18, probably with earlier origins. Hammered sandstone on
plinth; pantile roof; brick stacks. 2-cell, end lobby-entry plan. 2 low
storeys, 2-window front. 4-panel, part-glazed door to left, approached by
stone steps. Two 3-light horizontal sliding sashes without glazing bars to
right of door, and to first floor. Painted stone sills to all windows.
Timber lintels to ground floor openings, that to the door extending over the
window to right. End stacks included for group value.
