2 builds, early and mid C19. 2 storeys in coursed stone. Left section has 2
windows, stone voussoirs and right-hand section has 1 window with flat stone
voussoirs, no glazing bars. Pantile roof with 2 stacks, 1 of red and 1 of yellow
brick. Modern shop front to ground floor. Gable end has 2 windows with stone
lintels to top floor, and 1 canted bay to ground floor, above modern shop front.
Included as part of a group.

Nos 29 to 31 (consec) Pickering United Reformed Church, Railings and gates in
courtyard Nos 33 to 47 (consec) and Nos 49 to 52 (consec) form a group.
