bay of late C19, 1 a 4-light mullion and transom. Ground floor has late C19
shop front and door and, to right, double door of 4 panels beneath rectangular
fanlight, stone lintel. 3 steps. Included as part of a group.

No 1, Premises occupied by York County Savings Bank, Nos 2 and 3, White Swan Hotel
and outbuildings, Nos 4 to 7 (consec) form a group with The Bay Horse Public House,
Nos 9 to 11 (consec) and No 14 of which Nos 1, 9 and 14 are of local interest.
