- 13 metres east-south-east of
chancel of Church of St Mary

Headstone. Probably late C18 in memory of Elizabeth Hound? Granite. Upright
slab standing approximately 0.8 metres high with segmental head and shoulders low
nowy head. An incised line frames the rectangular plaque which is inscribed with
both upper and lower case letters. The lettering is weathered and barely legible.
It records the burial of Elizabeth, the wife of William Hound? and the date is
buried. At the top is a recessed panel containing a bas-relief carving of a
cherub with flowers.
