Late C18, 3 storeys and attic, brick, stone plinth, wooden frieze and gutter
cornice, pantile roof. 1 dormer window, 2 bays, windows 4-panes wide. 6 panelled
door on North end in Greek Doric doorcase of engaged columns and entablature.
Rectangular fanlight with narrow glazing over door.

The Public Library and Nos 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 form a group.
