Terrace of three dwellings. c1850. Brick with Welsh slate roof. Three
storeys and attic raised over basement, 6-window range.
Round-arched doorways alternate with canted bay windows, the
entrances to nos. 61 & 62 paired. 6-pane sash windows with
moulded stone architraves and sill bands to first floor,
4-pane sashes above, also with moulded stone architraves.
Plain parapet to eaves with stone copings, and three small Dutch
gables with blind slits.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron railings and stone angle piers
to basement area and steps.
