House. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond brick; left return partly slate-hung; slate roof gabled at ends; stack with brick shaft and round chimney pot.

PLAN: set back behind a railed area with access to the basement. One room wide, double depth. Rooms heated by chimney stack to left, entrance to right.

EXTERIOR: three storeys plus basement. Two bay regular front. Deep eaves; platband at first floor level. Railings with spear finials contain gateway to basement steps to left and railings rise to flank steps up to front door to right. C20 front door below original three-pane overlight. Ground floor window is a C20 bow on a shaped bracket with three-light casement with small panes and high transoms. First and second floor windows are twelve-pane hornless sashes; two-light basement window.
